makes any junior with debt finance a bad place to be,,,and if shareholders desert, it means raising capitol at lower prices, and dillution.

So,,,,any projects wanting to get on their feet and stay there are going to need to avoid debt finance,., look for offtake partners to put capex dollars up front, or sell a part of the project to their offtakers, to fund it.

Now this is going to suck,,,,

ie,,,these stocks are going to be slaughtered,,,sell out, and buy back when they are looking like being reduced back to explorer status,,,then,

this tax wont get passed,,,kevin wont get back in,,,and it'll all be for nothing, and in two years time, these stocks can return to their developement objectives.

Hard for them though, how to proceed with a knife in your heart, hoping that a political election, will pull it out.
