Miliband is an idiot. This farcical situation has come about because this muppet is so keen to be relevant that he's shot from the hip, riding roughshod over the regulator, the NSTA, and all apparently without consulting the PM or chancellor first.
He is a liability to the new government, and Starmer knows it....
