Viaro are the only buyer left in negotiations. I would imagine they are waiting to see the policy going forward from Miliband and his band of green men before they pull the trigger. Why execute if the molecules they want to move are stranded assets wrapped in green tape?
I suspect all our questions will be answered regarding HHR and RR and the Shell assets all at once.
One would think that if Viaro pull the trigger on purchasing the Shell assets before we see an announcement on FID that it is very bullish for HHR.
