Good post sirjohnnyboy i personally am pinning my hopes on the new appointments getting the job done for us quickly.There's nothing better than making a name for yourself in the market by getting the deals done,that in the past have been slow to come to fruition.

I also will be now purchasing more shares in the coming weeks as i believe were primed for movement.One deal is all that is required to start and the following deals will sustain the rise IMO.

Three more hands on deck is better than the one hand we had previously.They are specialized in there respective fields and this in itself is a huge fundamental change to QMN.

Low risk,high reward is written all over QMN at this share price.I like what i am seeing in regard to these appointments and my belief is that the market will respond in the coming weeks.
