Conidi will have close to controlling stake. He has 6% now. Normally in a t/o situation all employee options become exercisable. So this would take closer to a 10% blocking stake. Add in management and director shares and it would be enough to block. It will need to be a fair price, but won't be anywhere near last year's prices.
