I've read, when companies start up, sometimes some initial seed capital, prior to IPO, can come from unlisted flyweight companies controlled by persons who ultimately end up directors of the listed company. As such when the flyweight companies subsequently trade in stock of the listed company, it is not disclosed as director dealing to ASX. Any substance to that info?
