Hi Shorter, have been offline of recent. Sorry, my question was a bit off string I guess. CAJ sp kept falling and falling way beyond what most people could understand based on the possibility of a future change in legislation alone.

The subsequent release of the adverse report gave rise to a question in my mind as to whether the price had fallen so far due to inside knowledge of the updated financial position of the company which was to be released to market.

Then followed the question as to whether such activity could happen without being detected? Selling or shorting, directly or indirectly, in the knowledge of bad news to be released. It is only a general speculative question on my part, and most likely incorrect. Perhaps it is just shorters, without any inside info. who drive down price of any stock as far as they choose. I am not intending to make any insinuation or allegations against anyone. The severity of the price crash, particularly pre announcement, is still an unexplained thing in my mind.
