Never mind its ring of steel Andrews with near 2000 cases a day and virus spread all through country Victoria who has also opened up. His restraints won't amount to much given the lockdown fatigue he has created, the only real hope left is that the vaccine does its job.
Those afraid should stop complaining IMO and take their own precautions ... self imposed lockdowns just like they wanted everyone to do will be a good start.
