@daicosisgod; high case numbers are now indeed a very real threat to Victoria's near term future and follow on from two weeks of illegal and irresponsible mass protests by violent right wing extremists and last weekend's self-indulgent AFL celebrations.
Those business people, Liberal Party MPs and Murdoch Mouthpieces who so publicly supported the riots and demanded a premature end to Victoria's lockdown must now be held fully to account for the role they played in undermining Victoria's public health orders.
It's my view that Andrews now has no choice but to further tighten lockdowns throughout Victoria until the upwards trend in new cases is reversed.
