Lappy, when Mrs D. looked the other day she was concerned that many of the newly listed exposure sites were childcare centres. Though there does seem to be more schools being listed.
My view is and it is my speculation that the continuing increase in case numbers is due to overwhelmed contact tracing leading to only Tier 1 sites being listed expeditiously. So the dalayed listing of all the other sites means people are getting delayed info which means they are delaying getting tested.
This is a vicious circle that cannot be broken until double vaccination rates are well above 80%
