Sydney and Melbourne are out of control in areas where people don't work from home. Their incomes are low and it requires movement. NZ is having trouble stampng it out because it's in their South Auckland Pasifika suburbs where the demographic is mobile and poorer ethnic and indigenous. Yes luck might jave a bit to do with the initial outbreak but the spread is all about money or a lack of it.

Maybe so but at the end of the day life needs to go on and we can't put eveyone on economic life support constantly
