I question how a 11KM road with tunnels can cost a whooping $26 BILLON DOLLARS !
I've seen Sydney Harbour projects cost less than this for about a quarter of the cost, dear oh dear !
It seems to me that VIC are trying to build a world class LA-sstyle freeway to Bullen, a population of 11,000 ???
Any Victorians know why they need to build such an expensive freeway to Bullen ???
