The cost seems a tad high lol, but it will make it a lot easier for the trucks to get to the Hume. At the moment they have to go along Rosanna rd which is a nightmare. It will completely change the way transport moves from north to south and reverse in Melbourne. Not sure if large carriers can go through the tunnel carrying chemicals however, they can't at the Melba tunnel on east link.
