vic back after exhausting chances

    My news now is that Vic will be in China until he exhausts all chances of raising funds. The administrators will report on this Tuesday what they know now. There will still be time to go after this. I think Vic will be longer than we expect and so lets wait and see what the Administrators initial report says.
