When you have 1000's of people with no job and no support, it's natural for them to survive and take the easier road. Break a car window and nick a few sunglasses or coins. It happened to a neighbour and I was lucky enough not to lock my car door (not normal) and they opened the door, and made off with a few bucks in change. Neatly put my pens and other items on the passenger seat for me. Very conscientious burglars in my area. I didn't report it so the real rate might be 4.20000001%
