I hope this isn’t true.
Police and army rejected in favor of ‘social inclusion’, that would be nuts.
If it is true it is easy to see why the “socially inclusive” guards were bonking those being guarded and accepting cigarettes as bribes.
I think it more likely that there’s was influence from a security company in exchange for an Aldi bag or unions wanting a rort for their members.
