Andrews STILL hasn't got his health dept running smoothly with continual stuff ups leading to new outbreaks like we've seen in the northern suburbs of Melbourne.

If the govt doesn't put in place sensible rules that allow business to operate and people to safely go about their lives, people will just do it anyway without the safe boundaries in place. For example, shopping centres should be opened up with limits on the number of people allowed inside and additional limits on the number of people allowed in stores. He needs to be working with businesses so that everyone is on the same page, instead he just keeps stuffing things up and Victorians have had enough.

I have always believed this is deliberate and Andrews wants civil unrest.
Could he be this stupid?

Over 200 days in lockdown and now he wants Victoria to have a cautious pause.

The man is a nutcase.
