My understanding is his lawyer mentioned his "mental health" in a list of sim issues. Remember the Police have - No body, no murder weapon - no forensics I have heard of - what they have is some phone data matching - but IMHO it does not look good for him that he is so passive. now faced with many months in remand - Did not act in Court as many of us would if we were wrongfully arrested & charged with murder.
