Im sure it does. I would imagine it includes shares/cash valued at about $20M.
I think ESI did not anticipate to take this long to sign deals when they took over the lisensing rights with the Calluja brothers...nor did they expect the SP to be trading at 7c in July 2008.
I would think the time to deliver is overdue given all the promises Con made last year.
