IP would i think is $10-15m price tag and there is nothing to say it will be a shares/issue transaction
a bankable feasability study means.... ESI can lend money
i'm stating the obvious because all negative people worry about dillution. they may issue shares, they may borrow from the bank once bankable valuation done (i don't know).. either way its progress and you would have to ask yourself whya re they buying Ip
