Actually trobertson I think you should be the one doing your research.
Your comparison is only for Newly Built Homes but the Stamp Duty Concession that QLD, NSW and WA passed covers both Newly and also Established Homes up to $500k - NO Stamp Duty at all on either of those for First Home Buyers.
So are you for one minute telling me that I am lucky to be living in Victoria as compared to those other states as I'm a First Home Buyer looking to buy an ESTABLISHED Home and NOT to complain???
Please, before you open your mouth get your FACTS right.
