    Daicos,

This is a rewrite of the Cain/ Kirner era of 30 odd years ago. Labor broke the finances of the of State of Victoria in the early 90's. The only way left to Jeff Kennet to retrieve the situation, was to sell assets, and reduce the bloated number of Public Servants.

Labor is still sooking about the fact it has stuff all assets left to sell, after recently selling Melbourne Ports, Vic Roads, and the Birth, Death's and Marriages department so as to secure cash upfront to cover it's current and future spending.

Alongside this selling of assets, it is now loading up remaining Government entities with huge debts. All "Off Balance Sheet".

Thus far, it has not looked too closely at the current hugely bloated number of Public Servants in hiding.
I am not talking about our frontline staff of Police, nurses, teachers etc.

Take the department of Premier and Cabinet. This department costs over $50 Million a year in wages.

It has more staff than the Office of the Prime Minister.

And don't mention the Suburban Rail Loop to nowhere, guaranteeing CFMEU jobs from here to eternity, while the rest of the State goes to rack and ruin.

$26 million dollars a day in interest, 7 days a week, to pay for Labor's debt - and growing.

This is what you call, Stealing from future Generations.
