    As at 31st March 2024 Housing Victoria, a state government body advised there are 15,600 less properties for rent than a year earlier. In fact 10,400 were withdrawn as rental properties in the March 2024 quarter. Landlords have had enough. They have stopped borrowing to build rentals and are selling existing rentals and getting out of the Victorian rental market.

    Vic labor has killed the Vic rental market and the Vic housing construction market.
