Cheers Mick, that first page is all I wanted to see, no worries that the rest didn't copy. Thanks for posting it. Looks like my temptation to sell at 8.2 has been safely put to bed, I will now hold and vote against the merger along with VPE -- if we get that far. Presumably VPE won't launch their own bid unless BPT fail to offer a decent price above the current bid. Either way, it's game on. ;-)
