The Vic Gov't is NOT issueing contracts, full stop!!!
If you take time to read past posts you will know why!!!

The tendors (now being done) is with the electricity distribution companies within the Gov't guide-lines.

Each of these tendors have differring time-frames, i.e. Alinta (Feb-March???) / Cititpower-Powercore (June ???) / others different times.

I am not worried about the meters any longer (it will come at its own pace)

The globes are the MONEY SHOT at the moment.
