The uncertainty of how to cost a development must be a nightmare. Throw in higher interest rates going potentially higher and it is a toxic mix.
As an individual I would love to build my retirement Town House. In the current climate that is not feasible. Only governments have the ability to pay overs for house/apartment builds....but of course we are aware they spend TAXPAYERS money.
