I think whats interesting with this bill that should pass on the 13Oct. is that it creates a real reds under the bed mentality, you won't know who is a member of Andrews' Gestapo, if you speak out against him in public you'll be tackled to the ground and arrested with the only way out of detention being an application to the supreme court, Andrews' supreme court.
This is so empowering that under this law the Australian Prime Minister could easily be detained if he ever entered the state.
Good luck Victoria, there goes any tourism (Oh except for chinese of course), if this bill passes the next twelve months will be socially catastrophic.
