Andrews has got too many experts in the field, none of them have any common sense. Lockdown should cease when the numbers reach a level where the hospitals and medical staff can cope. People can then get back to work just as NSW has done. Aged care centers can remain in lockdown for sometime without crippling the economy and the lives of many Victorians.
