I suggest ur research the history of Gladstone Power Station when it was turned into a private business.
It still was a profitable business against govt owned generators…that was in an environment when such govt entities provided community service.
Basically these govt entities act a virtual regulator, Gladstone had to compete against.
Lets start the scare campaign about the evils of govt entities. Ha Ha Ha
