Andrews knows what he’s doing. Top priority is to help the owner and occupier victims as soon as possible and seek damages from those responsible for this scandal.
That is being responsible - grabbing the bull by the horns and fixing the problem urgently, the ONLY sensible option anyway.
Hopefully Scomo will be responsible enough to contribute federal tax money on a dollar for dollar basis.
