Perhaps Andrews and his mates own a lot of negative geared units with the problem. How many union leaders and members own apartments with the issue? No idea of course. This gets them votes and tax payers stumping up for it at the same time. Don't trust a Labor pollie, they have bad track records with other peoples money.
