You've become hysterical. A growth rate of 0.2% in one state vs 0.1% in another doesn't indicate in any meaningful way that things are twice as good in one state vs another. The true figures are 100.1 vs 100.2: That being 100 representing the totality of the prior quarter's demand, with the 0.1 or 0.2 representing the growth on top. It's a 0.1% difference not an indication that one state is twice as good. Victoria has gone backwards by 0.5% or 0.6% vs NSW/Qld not by a ratio of 5 or 6 to 1.
