Our research aims to provide a factual base on which professional investors can make their own judgement.
We undertake detailed project analysis from both a geological and financial perspective.
We offer an objective, independently prepared view of each investment opportunity, the risks and what the value might be to an investor.
Debt Advisory
VCL aims to build long-term relationships with its clients, anticipating and adapting to their evolving financing needs.
We provide strategic and project feasibility assessments, advising on the optimal financing route and selecting from a mix of equity and debt, hybrids or pure debt instruments; and , where appropriate, unconventional sources of finance such as forward sales agreements or multi-lateral fund support.
Through our highly regarded partners, placement is assured either through private placement or a rated instrument.
