Job Description

The successful candidate will report to both the CEO and the President, with the core focus being on establishing a commercial pathway for a number of opioid pain patch products, and other product initiatives undertaken by the company. Currently, Phosphagenics has three opioid products in early stage development, with significant clinical trial programs planned over the upcoming 12 months. The company also has 3 non-opioid pain products under development, and it has commercialized its TPM/diclofenac product with two partners.
The core responsibilities of the successful candidate will include:
1.Developing a commercialization strategy and pathway for current products in the company's product portfolio;
2.Assisting in finalizing the strategic plans and target product profiles for the products currently under development, and establishing strategic plans and target product profiles for new products;
3.Assisting in finalizing the site selection for clinical trials in the US, and assisting in managing vendors involved in the company's clinical trial programs in the US;
4.Developing a commercialization strategy for the company's products, including each products' desired label claims, and formulating strategies and presentations for out-licensing initiatives;
5.Landscaping the current political and social environment surrounding opioid abuse, and developing strategies to adequately address these issues from a regulatory and commercial perspective;
6.Engaging the services of key opinion leaders and market research companies to assess current markets and future market opportunities;
7.Assessing future earnings potential based on realistic assumptions to establish product valuations, including the ability to present and defend these valuations appropriately;
8.Presenting new pharmaceutical product opportunities to company management and the company's Board of Directors, relying on fully researched and fully referenced product valuations
