Again, not to belabor the point, but here is what Andrew Vizard had to say at the 2009 AGM:
"We also wanted to boost the Company’s high-level pharmaceutical and commercialisation experience.
So, in May, Fred Banti was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Business Officer of Phosphagenics."
Make of it what you will, but I think I'll stand by my original take. What's more, I'll opine that had Fred not left (for whatever the reason), this advert would not have been published.
