A plan was set in place last year in what was a pretty peaceful process that was well supported by the people of Mali and international stakeholders.

If the two outgoing blokes were trying to rock the boat and take a position of power before the planned 2022 election then it seems like today’s action is completely warranted and a sign that the military won’t stand for any funny business which is great imo.
