Viceroy Research report

I've just read the Viceroy Research report ( I feel for the investors that have stuck with TFS/Quintis through this but if only part of this report is correct I fear that it will never come out of this trading halt. I was a shareholder until I was spooked by reports of the CEO Frank Wilson resigning to partner with KKR in a management buyout, and as I figure the management have a lot more of an idea of what is really going on than us sharepunters I was fortunate to bail out early taking a 25% haircut.
