So you buy them at 0.003 but to convert them to heads you need to spend (additional cost) 0.02 per option, then you have x amount of heads. So currently you need the sp to be at least 0.023, currently 0.006. And as stated when the expiry date is up the options are delisted, sometimes they are close to the strike price and you may lose less by converting, say 0.022. I suggest you don't trade them unless you realise the risk is high and you understand them.
