I asked VPE today if their was a minimum holding and was told there was not. I was also told that if you were a shareholder then the number of shares/shareholder was only limited to the $5000 limit. It's alarming that under this scenario a maximum of 3,860,830,563 shares could be issued (i.e 38,461 shares x 10,383 shareholders)which as I understand it there is currently no limit to the number issued even though as I understand it the company can only issue 15% of its shares without shareholder approval. Maybe there will be limit in the prospectus to be posted on 10/12.
