No don't think so. EL is what we have via purchasing CPPL (all the their capital - see 14th Nov 17 Ann). CPPL hold the EL for these tenements.

We had the approval from Mining Minister already for the effective change in control of these licenses as a result of or CPPL purchase. (Ann 16th March)
We can do sampling without any further permits etc.
