as to well informed - i call it common sense and being realistic about the potential impact of management decisions - of course it is IMO only and everyone should do their own research. company has a lot of upside IMO fom the limitd releases to date but again IMO the cr/consolidation is not in my best interest as a shareholder (of course everyone should review the impact as it relates to them). so are you management?..
