and, he announced it - and he came out only a week or a little more back and confirmed that we still were sticking to that strategy
in which case ------------- your question is very legitimate - because a 'flatten the curve' strategy ------------ DEPENDS ON YOU GETTING BREAKOUTS - it's what the strategy does - you NEED to get the infection to spread
what the strategy is - is to allow the infection to spread - but, you manage it to allow your hospital and health services to cope with the rates of infection
for that - it would be really good to have details - and, we haven't - it's that simple
