    I don't think it comes down to a "few hot days" rather a continual decline in the health of basic infrastructure in the state.

    In other words, spending on the basics has not kept pace with the growing demands of an increased population.

    These latest "few hot days" have only highlighted the gravity of the situation.

    One can only hope the Government takes heed and learns a lesson for the future.
