From the (Police?) decision not to issue fines for the persons in SE Melbourne whose breaches of the Health orders led to a local outbreak, it's clear that if anyone gets hauled over by the Vic Police for - for example - curfew breaches, socialising outside household limits etc - their response might be:
"I've visited 3 or 4 local households in the last week, and shared meals, had close contact etc...
But I won't tell you where I've been unless you promise not to fine me..."
Obviously worked for some.
Wonder if it would work for me? Or you?
