@Hairyback; people breaking COVID-19 rules in Victoria under lockdown by visiting other families and spreading the virus is indeed a serious matter and worthy of heavy fines. But as one who respects the rule of LAW I also acknowledge that when people cooperate with Police, demonstrate remorse and thereafter abide by the LAW that Police should have the discretion to withhold those fines.
Note that's not what protesters incited by irresponsible outbursts from the likes of Murdoch Mouthpieces, Kennett, O'Brien and other outspoken Liberals have done. Rather, those protesters have conspired to deliberately organise violent, illegal and banned public protests aimed at undermining the pain and suffering of Victorians to get COVID-19 under control.
I gather you're aware of signs and clothing worn by those protesters. Are you really endorsing illegal and COVID-19 restriction busting protests from those associated with the likes of QAnon and Rise Up?
