Your decision to trust something coming out of Morrison's orifice as proof Andrews lied about whether or not ADF forces were officially offered to undertake security duties in Victoria's hotel quarantine of overseas travellers is the stuff of pure farce
From 10min 30sec to the 12 min mark you will hear Morrison announnce the ADF are on offer for hotel quarantine and also the arrangements of quarantine management will be up to the states.
You will see the information was not discredited or of pure farce.
