I'm sure Lapdog will be on any minute now to tell you all how good the roads are around their area......
I live in NE Vic and the roads are terrible. Many, many times while driving and you see oncoming cars moving out of their lane, or even onto the gravel on their side of the road in order to avoid a pothole. The filler jobs that they do are second rate because the same pothole pops up again after rain!
There was a very TRUE news story of local farmers filling holes on an intersection on one of the busiest country highways!
Go across the border and it's like you're in a different country as the roads are very much driveable. They did a good job after the floods and probably could afford the right mix to fill the potholes.
I wonder if the cops pin a few fatalities down to bad roads?
