Health Services:-
Budget cuts to hospitals. Despite a booming population.
The Royal Children's $60 Million dollars
Monash Health $350 Million dollars.
The Alfred, $180 Million dollars.
The Royal Melbourne, $230 Million dollars over 2 years.
Bendigo Health, $230 Million dollars.

Ambulance Victoria increasing use of taxis because of ramping at hospitals and no ambulances available:-
In the years:-
2019 9,000.
2020 12,900.
2021 17,000.
2022 21,000
2023 28,000
2024 18,479 to the end of July.

Sale of rental properties are up over 20% this year as landlords bail out because land tax, new compliance costs on rental properties and interest increases.
Don't come to Victoria if you need rental accommodation.

Don't mention the Commonwealth Games fiasco that cost $600 Million dollars, or the road contract that was ripped up costing over $1 Billion dollars.

The road maintenance budget last year was $200 Million dollars.
This has been slashed to $37 Million dollars, and we wonder why our roads are stuffed.

The Airport Rail Link delayed another 4 years. There is no money to build it.
Yet continuing to build the Suburban Rail Link to nowhere. The contractors to the SRL called are 'We Build'.
'We Build' has some notable history.
Snowy 2.0 project started at $5 Billion dollars, now renegotiated to $12 Billion dollars.
Northeast Link Road has doubled in cost following a $10 Billion dollar cost blowout.

Now the unearthing of the CFMEU scandal using thugs from OMG's and CFMEU Enterprise Agreements on these projects.
Andrews and Allen are both CFMEU proteges. Now the Federal Government has been shamed into trying to sort out this embarrassment.

Victoria is in a parlous financial predicament. Much worse than Cain/Kirner in the 1990's.

As Steve Price stated.
"Clearly having an Arts degree from La Trobe University doesn't help when planning multibillion dollar road and rail deals".
