I was concerned about them making the same silly mistake again so I called the company to find out what was happening. The lady I spoke to was helpful and got back to me, informing me that they were still working on the 4E.
She wasn't exactly sure of the release date and time but was expecting Monday at this stage. Although I continue to hold, this company has never showed an abundance of professionalism. I hope to be pleasantly surprised when the report does actually get released.
