It's due by the close of business on Monday, so there's still plenty of time for them to finish off the final touches needed. As BrentT says, the site we got the date from was only one source that we can't be sure had correct information.
In saying that I do appreciate when a company has an early release or details on their webpage stating the timing of announcements.
